Recently I reviewed my kneeling chair and how it helps my back. Since I got mine at a thrift store, I didn’t do any comparison research before choosing mine. So I decided to put in some research on the variety of kneel chairs available on the market.

If you’re looking for a kneeling chair, consider some of the different features available before choosing the right one–

• Some have a backrest, some have a headrest many have neither
• Some have a rocking base, others have a flat static base, some have wheels
• Some have one platform for both knees, others separate the platforms
• Some have adjustable heights
